Freedom of information - Wheatley Foundation

We are committed to being transparent and open about the way we work, the services we provide and the decisions we make.

Our publication scheme outlines the information we publish. We always do our best to make sure that this is kept up to date.

If you do wish to make a request for information or a Subject Access Request then please contact us by email on InformationRequests@wheatley-group.com We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as we can.

One of the ways we do this is through The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

The Act gives the public the right to access recorded information held by public bodies.

We are also bound by the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 which gives the public the right to access environmental information we hold.
