About the role

Working as part of a small and busy team, our Governance Officer will play an important role in helping to support the delivery of an effective and efficient secretariat service to our boards and committees. Our Governance Officer will also provide a high quality corporate administrative service, supporting the completion of regulatory returns and maintaining company registers.  

Who are we looking for?

We would like to hear from candidates who are organised, proactive and demonstrate a can-do attitude to work.   Experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous, as would experience of working in social housing or another regulated sector.
