Salary: £33,702 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Work pattern: 39 hours per week

We’re looking for a Qualified Multi-Skilled Operative (Roofer) to join our team at Wheatley Homes East.

Our property services team delivers repairs, maintenance and investment services for our customers living in the east of Scotland.

The role involves carrying out roofing and other multi-trade repairs in our customers’ homes and getting empty properties ready to re-let.

We are looking for people who take pride in their work and will help us achieve our targets for response times, re-letting times, getting repairs right first time and customer satisfaction.

All staff are equipped with a stocked van with jobs being sent to a hand-held device and replacement materials being supplied.

You must have a relevant trade qualification for the position you are applying for with the ability to multi-skill in other trades. Experience of working in social housing is desirable but not essential.

A driving license is essential, and the posts are subject to a basic disclosure check.
