Wheatley's Bell Street Stables development was named the ‘Renovation and Conversion of the Year’ at the 2021 Herald Property Awards.
It is the latest award for the development in the Merchant City which was transformed into 52 flats for mid-market rent.
International housing expert Professor @Paddygray1 OBE has been appointed as the new Chair of Wheatley Foundation.
Paddy, The Professor Emeritus of Housing at Ulster University, takes over from Sir Harry Burns, who stepped down in August.
@LorettoHA tenant John McInally has created a stunning garden at his Glasgow home.
John said: “I get great enjoyment from the garden. It helps bring people together. I give a bag of fruit and veg to the other residents as often as I can."
