Manish brings extensive experience across the philanthropic, public, voluntary and business sectors, with a strong track record in purpose-led leadership, organisational transformation, strategy, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Manish is currently Chief Executive of the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice in Glasgow. He previously served as Professor for Social Innovation at the University of Strathclyde. In 2024, Manish was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Scottish Government and served as a Non-Executive Director for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

With a BA (Hons) in Economics, Manish has previously held senior leadership roles including CEO of Strathclyde Students Union, CEO of Newark Care and Director of Stakeholder Engagement at Global Call for Climate Action. He is a former trustee of the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) and has held a number of third and voluntary sector trustee roles throughout his career.

Manish is passionate about creating inclusive, sustainable organisations that work collaboratively with communities, partners and stakeholders to deliver positive social impact.
