About the role

Our Neighbourhood Concierge will play a key role in creating safe, clean and welcoming environments for customers living in our multi-storey flats. You will build positive relationships with customers, provide a visible presence within our communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service;
• carrying out regular patrols and security checks to help maintain safe and secure environments;
• cleaning and maintaining entrance foyers, lifts, stairwells, communal areas and surrounding environments to the Wheatley Standard; and
• monitoring and reporting maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
