Come here often? Aye, every week!

We always want to make sure your voice is heard – now we’re making it even easier by coming right into your street.

Bite and blether

Our pop-up roadshows are giving customers the chance to talk to staff face-to-face on their own doorsteps.

Two years ago it was ‘Meet and Greet in your Street’, last year it was ‘Snappy Chats’ – and this year it’s ‘A Bite and a Blether’ every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the summer.

And you don’t even need to worry about putting the kettle on – because the teas and coffees are on us.

So far, we’ve been in Stoneyburn, Broxburn and some parts of Bathgate – and next up is Blackburn, Boghall and West Calder.

Also back by popular demand is our gazebo – so even if the weather’s not great we’ll still have a bit of cover as we listen to customers giving us their views.

Alex Lamb, WLHP Head of Housing, said: “Our pop-up events mean people can come and chat to us in an informal setting. Sometimes that’s easier than coming into the office.

“They are a good chance for customers to tell us what they want from us – and for us to tell customers all the different ways we can support them.

“WLHP staff will be on hand with information on services – from help to get online or into jobs and training to advice on benefits or cutting your fuel bills. It’s a great opportunity for customers to give us their views and help shape our services.”

We’ll be writing to all our customers over the summer with details of when and where we’ll be.

Keep an eye out for our flyer coming through your door – and don’t miss this chance to tell us how to make your area a better place to live.
