At Wheatley Group, we're devoted to enriching the lives of our communities and tenants. Our environmental teams play a crucial role in delivering outstanding services across Scotland, and we're looking for four enthusiastic gardeners to help us maintain and enhance our five-star neighbourhoods.
About the role:
As a Gardener at Wheatley, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the look and feel of our neighbourhoods. You will be customer facing, interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring their environments are well-kept and pleasant. Your responsibilities will include:
- maintaining and enhancing the appearance of customers' front gardens;
- conducting regular garden maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and fertilizing;
- ensuring gardens are kept clean, tidy, and visually appealing;
- hedge trimming, flower and shrub planting;
- de-littering / de-weeding communal areas; and
- general maintenance of our neighbourhoods.
What we're looking for:
- previous experience in a customer focussed environment;
- ability to work individually as well as part of a team; and
- good IT skills to maintain and update records of activities using a mobile app.
