About the role We are looking for a talented Treasury Charging Analyst to join Wheatley Group and play an important part in supporting our funding ambitions. This is an opportunity to take on a high impact role at the heart of treasury activity, helping to ensure our property assets are charged, monitored and reported accurately so we can continue to invest in new, energy-efficient affordable homes and strengthen our existing funding arrangements. It is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys combining analysis, problem-solving and relationship-building.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business and with external partners, helping to manage complex charging exercises, improve reporting and processes, and provide the high-quality insight and assurance that supports confident decision making across the Group.

The ideal candidate will be someone who combines strong finance and property legal experience with a collaborative, people-focused approach. They will be confident working with detailed data, reporting and complex processes, but just as importantly they will build trust, communicate clearly and work well with colleagues and external partners. They will be organised, dependable and proactive, with the judgement, integrity and supportiveness needed to help others deliver high standards in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
