Wheatley Group is Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group, and is currently looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join the business. We want candidates who excel in customer service, who are always striving to go above and beyond for customers and have excellent transferable skills that will help our Customer First Centre achieve the highest levels of standards and performance.

This is an opportunity to join a highly motivated and experienced team providing first class customer service within an omni channel environment. The primary role of the post is to provide a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role will be based from our Customer First Centre, you will be required to respond to customer queries over the telephone, ensuring that the query is fully resolved at the first point of contact or by referral to a specialist team. 

The role focuses on providing advice and guidance on new and existing repairs and supporting our customers to access the wealth of wrap around services available to help improve their lives and well-being and much more.

You must have experience in dealing with customers, be able to understand their needs, have excellent communication skills, be computer literate with strong digital knowledge.
